'Conditional Choreography' is a technique that gives dancers the power to make choices in their consumption of choreography, ultimately training their awareness of their own artistry, showing themselves and others what makes their dancing unique. Dancers will make a choice between two moves for each step of a dance routine to create their own individual pick'n'mix dance. 

'Interpretational Choreography' is a technique that focuses on helping dancers create their own routine by interpreting solely spoken framework, urging them to find their own interpreted way of moving. This technique celebrates individuality, personalised storytelling and unique quality of movement.

'Ink Blott Choreography' is Lucy's brand new technique that utilises the Ink Blott / Rorschach Test from psychological theory. Dancers are encouraged to create their own movement by interpreting purely drawn images and photos. This class helps further dancers' ability to trust their creative instincts, create work and synthesise new depths of their artistry.

'Fortune Teller Choreography' is Lucy's brand new technique based on the paper origami game with the same name, predominantly popularised in children's playgrounds. The class consists of translating nostalgia into a randomised and collabortative method to create your own dance routine, along with the other students in the room. Dancers will go through rounds of the game, and assign each other movements based on their choices on their fortune teller...

'Shape-Making' is a dance class comprised of a collection of exercises from a wide-range of dance genres. The workshop focuses on legibility of movement, and using the unique-ness of each dancer's body/landscape to channel individuality and visual pictures. Each human body is very different from one another's, meaning a dancer's body is ANY body : differently proportioned and able to create truly unique shapes.

Threading is a technique often used in Lucy's solo, duo, trio and group work. Threading is the exploration of the facility of a dancer's body; finding the gaps in one's landscape, and finding unique ways to fill said space. This threading workshop will focus on the individuality of opportunity to thread in one's body, as well as with a partner or group. What happens when you place one canvas next to another canvas? You create more possibilities as there is more space to paint.

Improvisation is arguably the most difficult technique to master in the current dance world. So often, freestyle is an added-on afterthought in a dance class - usually instructing dancers to think on the spot during a class where they're following instructed steps. This causes high levels of stress and anxiety in dancers. How can they follow instructions, when they're being asked to dance like themselves? Lucy's improvisation workshops focus on freestyle elements that transformed Lucy from being terrified to freestyle, to her becoming Move It's Freestyle Champion. A mix of: different music and dance genres, taking away different bodily senses, using props etc. are all utilised and guided by Lucy.
